Paul is from Adelaide where he originally studied Physics and Mathematics at Adelaide University. His studies included theoretical particle physics. Leaving the world of academia in 1998, Paul has since worked in mostly Linux System Administration roles, typically for small software development teams working in industries ranging from Defense, ICT, Automotive and Transport. He enjoys hacking on embedded Linux systems. Paul is an advocate for Free and Open Source Software, and likes contributing in ways that make the world a better place.
